World Student’s Day Celebration- Birthday of Late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam

Don Bosco Tech, Paratwada (Maharashtra) celebrated world student’s day on the aspacious occasion of the great Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam’s 88th birthday anniversary. APJ Abdul Kalam also known as Missile man of India. In 2010 the United Nation declared world students day on the birthday of APJ Abdul Kalam which was on 15th of October
So on this special day Centre celebrated it in a different way by organizing poster competition for trainees. Trainees participated and took it as a learning platform about Kalam Sir. Some wrote the quotes and some draw the pictures of Dr. Abdul Kalam.
After the competition Abhishek (Trainer, Support Domain) addressed the students and share his thoughts about kalam. He said,”Kalam was a real youth icon for all the youths over the world and a real inspiration for all the Nations.”
Neha (Trainee, Assistant Electrician domain) gave brief information about the awards and the work kalam had done for the country as well as for the world.
The program wrapped up with a vote of thanks by trainee to the trainers for organizing such a nice celebration followed by singing national anthem ‘Jana Gana Mana…’
